Ages JV, 14U and 12U (age as of 7/31/2024)

Our Fall 2024 exhibition games will be hosted by local High Schools and follow the High School game format with AIA rules. These exhibition games will only be open to all girl teams. By playing in these exhibition games, the players will experience the 7v7 HS game format and rules before playing Varsity flag football.
